Almost everyone have a friend who has not been feeling well, or might even be depressed, almost everyone have at times not been feeling very well, or even been depressed!
Some people feel an ease through talking to others, some people might close all difficult feelings inside...And for many of us writing is a way to express our feelings and a way to ventilate our thoughts to the world in a way that do not mean confrontation or needing to tell people "I´m not feeling very well". Friends is many times a savior when ones soul is not whole and what I would like to express in today´s Bombadil blog is; Take care of each other. If your friend is not well, ask them what you can do to help. Depression is at least in the western culture something you do not speak about, well I guess you do speak about it, but not enough. Youngsters feeling bad about themselves, given medication at young ages for their "problems" is not a topic which is talked about easily at the dinner table.
But what really bothers me is; They are given medicine to solve all their angst and bad feelings, but no one seem to ask "Howcome all these people, all these young people, our future, why are they feeling so low?" The problem is attacted when it´s in full bloom but no one seem to ask the question "How do we prevent this issue?". The solution is not medication to still your brain or sleeping pills to make you sleep your problems away, the solution is being open and accepting that the issue exists and trying to figure out where it all started... And meanwhile, we have to take care of each other.

I got a mail from you
I do not know why I got this mail.
Over internet, we come across many people, many imposter, fake and conman. We can not check them all. Many claim big actor, director, artist and poets. We do not check because it is not our business. Everyone has to prove face to face in real world on demand.
Linda is also a big critic of my works too. She is doing her M.A. She understands what poetry is. Her works of poetry were published by news papers, she attends poetry reading sessions, and daily papers carried the news. She stood 2nd in a poetry competition organized by some women’s group with collaboration of ‘The statesman’, the famous English daily newspaper in kolkata, while she was a school kid. If she makes any comment and sends it to her friends let her do it. Its her freedom of expression. If she does wrong people will mark her. You can not influence all people. I believe there are lots of genius people who can judge well works of art. If you try to smear me you can not, because I am reflected in my works and deeds.
If Sonnet Mondal is genius he will be praised. And I have no headache. If people have money and prizes for Sonnet let them give him why Linda would hinder.
We saw a Kaavya Viswanathan's novel How Opal Mehta Got Kissed, Got Wild and Got a Life. Finally, publisher withdrew all books. It’s a work of shame. No publisher wants such an embarrassment in their business, but a few fake writers are desperate to project them as super writers.
Recently, I have come across poets hunter . com where sonnet has posted a poem and almost same poem is written by someone else, and the content almost same was taken from an old poster/ graffiti were available once to footpath vendors. Plagiarism is not an art.
Besides, Linda is not a big woman still, she is an university student. There are many scholars to screen her talent. Ignore Linda’s comment if you think she is not right.
One thing I should include in this conversation that What sonnet claims made me disappointed flatly. He gave me his book to read was published by some Debasri Ghosh on behalf of ‘underground literature’. I never heard such name of a publisher and publishing company, I did not find also the publishers name in the publishers and guild’ book. Anyone can publish his work in exchange of money, and many organization give prizes who pay them money so, these are private business. I do not know which government has given him a poet Laureateship.
Sonets all claim of his achievement and credentials should be checked thoroughly, as I am very much suspicious. If he gets honour for his works its good news. I wish sonnet’s bright future.
Linda has her right to express her view to her friends. Why you should have fear? Just go ignore, the world is watching, every mistake is fixed, every good deed is rewarded and time is mightier than us.
If such under current continues it may harm our high esteemed society of literature and art. Let people say what they want to say, and let all private organization bestow all prizes whom they think is fit. And who is influential and rich let him have his tastes of utility. This is a world of horse trading. The exclusive people have the entry.
